Yossi Lapid

Yossi Lapid started writing poetry and children's stories at a very young age in a small town in Romania where winters were long and toy stores were nonexistent.  Benefiting from the absence of computers and commercial toys, he spent most of his time in nature making up stories and imagining untold adventures. Following a long career as a university professor, he returns to his early passion with the Snowman Paul series. Lapid has three grownup children and he lives with his wife in New Mexico where snowy days are few but utterly enchanting.
